Crab Dip Appetizer

Crab Dip Appetizer

1-4 oz can (125 g) crab meat, drained
1/2 to 3/4 cup (125-175 ml) coconut
1/2 pint (250 ml) sour cream
1/2 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise
4 scallions, finely chopped
2 tsp (10 ml) curry powder
1 drop Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp (1 ml) lime juice (optional)
Parsley as garnish

Combine all ingredients and chill well prior to seving.

Garnish with parsley and serve with crackers.
